Large, multistate architectural firm struggled with poor application performance and inability to manage or monitor their network with a combination of private WAN links and VPNs that were throttling applications and single points of failure. Moreover, as they added VoIP and video conferencing they could not monitor or manage traffic down to the application layer to guarantee performance. The SD-WAN solution that we sourced and implemented allowed the client to improve performance and reliability by dynamically routing traffic across multiple WAN links. It also provided a web portal that provided real time monitoring and alerting for application and WAN link performance. The SD-WAN solution increased bandwidth between the sites and improved connectivity, eliminated costly outages, and allowed for IT staff to concentrate on core business objectives.

We created a comprehensive inventory of all of their services, broken out by location, which helped their accounting department reconcile invoices and their NOC open trouble tickets, saving time and frustration.
