Our Leadership

Trey Lackey‘s passion is helping clients improve processes and customer experiences with the best technologies available. As Founder and President of Access Tech since 2010, he has built a network of best in class technology partners unparalleled in the industry.

His interests outside of work include music, travel and volunteering for several local charities. He was recognized as the “Volunteer of the Year” for the Oregon Department of Corrections.


Heather Adams has almost two decades of experience in telecommunications and project management. As the Owner/Operations Manager for Access Tech she is fluent in carrier speak and well-versed in inventory creation and analysis, pricing and proposals, order placement and project management.

Heather has always been active in the community and with charities, most recently GirlsBuild and Wounded Warrior Project. She is an avid reader, a soccer and football fan, and loves anything having to do with water, especially SCUBA diving.


Ambrosia Mockler has been in Customer Service and Support for over 20 years, with the majority being in the Telecom industry. She excels in data and project management, billing and finance, and troubleshooting and repair. She loves working with others, problem solving, and providing excellent service to customers.

Ambrosia has an MBA from Marylhurst University, Oregon. Her free time is spent with her dog, Henry, and her family and friends. She enjoys literature, music, traveling, swimming, painting, and studying nutrition. Ambrosia gives to various nature conservation and animal organizations.
